This addition to an existing building along the main thoroughfare in 12 South has a combination of indoor retail space with an open air patio on the second level. Daniels + Chandler worked with the client to work with setbacks and existing conditions to create a space that capitalizes on every square foot possible for the site. The use of wood and glazing allow for views from the existing building while bring their interior aesthetic to the exterior facade.
