Eastwood Village

Originally Hobson United Methodist Church, the new Eastwood Village development in the heart of East Nashville will soon host creative office and retail space, as well as a residential component, bringing new life to the historic neighborhood. While it is important to Daniels + Chandler to enhance the existing facade, maintaining the original historic integrity was a vital component of the design. The architectural team activated the streetscape by creating new tenant entryways through courtyards, tunnels, and more. The team also provided new accessible access to both the lower and main levels at all points of entry. Interior finishes reflect the historic nature of the project, while unexpected modern touches give new interest to the shared spaces.
