Originally, Daniels Chandler was brought on to create a white box space adjoining two retail units at The Eastland development to appeal to a hospitality tenant. The team was then tasked with creating a solution to combine the two spaces on different elevations while keeping an open concept throughout. As the tenant was selected, Daniels Chandler coordinated final coffee shop design in tandem with the coffee shop owner to provide a cozy space to grab a hot cup of joe.
