Originally, Daniels + Chandler was brought on to create a white box space adjoining two retail units at The Eastland development to appeal to a hospitality tenant. The team was then tasked with creating a solution to combine the two spaces on different elevations while keeping an open concept throughout. As the tenant was selected, Daniels + Chandler coordinated final coffee shop design in tandem with the coffee shop owner to provide a cozy space to grab a hot cup of joe.
