Traffic + Funnels was an interesting space to work in because of the large volume, including a catwalk that had to be integrated into the final design, while still providing a functional office space for the tenant. The Daniels + Chandler team was tasked with creating a space that had an industrial feel with clean, modern lines throughout. This Cool Springs tenant suite offers multiple offices, a conference room, studio space, and open concept work space. There was a focus on every end user having access to natural light and exterior views regardless of where they were in the space.
