The goal of this project was to convert a former auto shop space in Chestnut Hill to accommodate co-working space for healthcare-focused startups and creative businesses. The client came to Daniels Chandler with a goal to use Opportunity Zone funding to turn this dream into a reality. With a limited budget, we were able to provide a large open work area accompanied by a support core of conference room spaces, break area, and wellness rooms.
