The client approached Daniels + Chandler after purchasing a property in East Nashville with the goal of rebuilding two homes on the single lot. The two identical homes are positioned on site to allow natural light into each home without direct views to their neighbor. These 3 bed, 3.5 bath homes each have an open living area, kitchen, dining room, and one bedroom suite on the first level with additional bedrooms above. The double-height living space opens directly to the back patio through large sliding doors to blur the lines of interior to exterior.
