This concept aimed at masterplanning a new site for a office building and manufacturing warehouse, as well as centralized parking. The office building (pictured) is approximately 46,000 SF across three floors, with a roof terrace for company functions. The warehouses are a combined 40,000 SF and parking for over 330 spaces.
