Verici Dx is a hybrid space that blends a modern workplace with a scientific lab. When this team approached DC to envision their space, they were searching for a space that could host four lab spaces separately from conference rooms, offices, and a break room.
DC integrated all of the programmatic requirements within a footprint that was 20% less than requested from the ownership team through an efficient floor plan layout and use of natural light within the space. This lesser square footage allowed the ownership team to make design decisions to elevate their spaces and enhance their client’s experience.
