This tech client was outgrowing their existing space and wanted to see the full capacity in a new Cool Springs build out. The proposed space plan included a mix of offices, collaboration spaces, and open work areas with views to exterior throughout. The mezzanine work space was utilized for programming staff that connects to the lower level through a sculptural stair element.
