As a tenant was leaving an office suite, the commercial real estate team engaged Daniels + Chandler to provide space planning and conceptual renderings to a potential end user. With minimal changes, the previous law office was transformed to support a production studio including writing rooms, listening / presentation rooms, and executive offices.
