Daniels + Chandler was enlisted to design an industrial development in Springfield, Tennessee to provide two warehouse buildings with integrated office space. Both proposed buildings were designed with the future capacity in mind and positioned on the site to allow the client to grow over time. The site design strategically used the grade to the client’s advantage to accommodate the many loading docks for each warehouse space and used natural plantings to control stormwater runoff in an aesthetic manner. Finally, the front facade features traditional brick detailing while the remainder of the structure utilizes metal prefabricated building structure.
