The client approached Daniels + Chandler after purchasing a property in The Nations with the goal of rebuilding two homes on the single lot. While these types of homes are prevalent throughout the neighborhood, our team took the approach of creating the look of a single family home at the exterior facade while still maintaining two separate living quarters.
